Basic Qualifications:
Must have experience supporting IT project management activities
Core Competencies:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Typically possesses eight or more years of experience in information technology or large systems enterprise environment with an on SAP modules, application services, and/or infrastructure services as a high level analyst.
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with internal and/or external clients for integration of people, processes, and technology platforms within a department/business line.
- Demonstrated experience in integration.
- Demonstrated experience with project management techniques including allocating resources, schedule, budget, and scope.
- Demonstrated experience with programs/projects with a minimum of 1,000,000 dollar budget or project size.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to take initaitive and accountability for the accuracy of information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP Software, and Visio, as well as the Internet and E-mail.
- Familarity with the establishment and maintenance of Document Libraries.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to anticipate and resolve problems.
- Must demonstrate excellent business mastery, including the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Must demonstrate excellent management mastery, including effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and staying current with relevant technology and innovation.
- Must demonstrate strong personal mastery, including ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.

This posting may result in multiple job openings. Additional testing may be required as part of the selection process for this position. Demonstrated knowledge of the legacy application portfolio, SAP modules, and their interaction with each other.
Typical Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will help define and implement the integration capability to support the integration of business solutions focusing on technology architecture, data, business process and schedules across the enterprise. Typical responsibilities include: developing and implementing an enterprise integration capability to support the integration activities in parallel with program management approach; defining and implementing integration processes across major programs to complement the integrated technical architecture; maintaining an issue and escalation framework for proactively identifying, resolving and escalating issues necessary to manage cross program conflicts and resource constraints; participating in program and technology forums for impacted stakeholders to identify issues and impacts across major programs; proactively identifying constraints on data interchange, legacy changes and application interfaces; and maintaining an integrated program timeline; maintaining and updating information needed for an enterprise integration capability; staying current with the management of technology integration issues such as “in-flight” major programs (ERP, GIS, Edison SmartConnectTM, etc.), “in-flight” projects touching the major program footprints, and new program/major initiatives; assisting with the development and maintenance of an integrated major program timeline; providing timely internal IT enterprise communication for the enterprise integration capability; and performing other duties as required.
