Jobing Description
DRMC seeks a Web Content Specialist to manage and write web content, related web projects, and other forms of communication. Identify content needs, update and enhance enterprise-wide internet and intranet site content, ensure suitability of copy for hospital’s online environment, and ensure relevancy for external, as well as internal audiences. Interact with dept directors and managers to ensure web site content is up to date and reflects current goals/priorities of DRMC; ensure consistency in style, format, and quality; work closely with DRMC and Tenet technical teams; interview and interact with hospital staff and management to generate material and develop web content. Develop, write, edit, update, and maintain content, design templates and standards, exercise content management system proficiency, track and improve online usage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field. Minimum two years experience in website management and development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and using web design software applications, including SharePoint. Excellent writing, editorial, and communications skills. Knowledge of PC formats, graphics, flash animation, and photography.
