WebJuice is seeking a few strong multi-talented applications developers to be a part of our team. We are seeking unique individuals with a strong breadth and depth of experience in designing and developing high demand, highly reliable/available applications and their associated challenges.

The candidate should have strong technical design and programming skills, demonstrated proficiency with common programming/scripting languages and databases in a mixed-platform computing environment. The candidate should also be able to work in a fast paced environment and has strong sense of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

· Design, implementation, and maintenance of pragmatic high quality software to support new business opportunities.

· Participate in all phase of software development cycle.

· Work with network operation team to design and build a maintainable technology infrastructure including build & testing environment

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated commitment to quality work.

· Experience with object oriented software design

· Strong analytical skills

· Ability to work in both front-end and back-end development

· Good experiences in Java, J2EE Technologies related web-based software development (JSP, Servlet, JDBC etc)

· Proficiency developing database applications development with MySQL or related RDBMS systems.

· Good understanding of web related technologies including HTML, Javascript, Cookie, CSS.

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

· Quick learner, ability to learn new technologies.

· Ability to work in a cooperative and team environment, as well as, the ability to work independently

Additional Desired Qualifications:

· Familiarity with various design pattern

· Experience with data mining and statistical data analysis

· Understanding of scalability and reliability issues related to software development

· Experience with open source framework like Spring and Struts

· Command of scripting language like PHP, Perl

· Experience in Linux environment
