			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Harmony is looking for a Temporary, full-time Social Media Specialust to develop and execute the Publishing Dept.&#8217;s Social Media Strategy for eHarmony&#8217;s web properties.</p>
<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />
• Own and execute the Social Media Contact Calendar<br />
• Manage, Monitor and Engage in Social Media/Internet Communities<br />
• Own Social Media, interact with outside Online Communities, Blogs, Message Boards, Email Discussion Groups and Live Chats to generate exposure, publicity and traffic.<br />
• Be passionately in tune with latest social media developments, online behavior and trends. Identify opportunities and develop plans/proposals for implementing scalable social media programs to generate maximum social media optimization.<br />
• Devise and implement appropriate campaigns for social media activities<br />
• Define and track performance of campaign testing and live campaigns.<br />
• Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on campaigns and social media matrices.<br />
• Use knowledge gained through analysis to provide insight on forecasting, budgeting and social media marketing direction</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<p>• At least 2 years driving tangible buzz and site traffic through social media activities<br />
• Must be an enthusiastic and avid social media/internet community guru<br />
• Proven project management forte with successful program implementations and deliveries.<br />
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills<br />
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables<br />
• Must have great creative energy and ability to generate ideas<br />
• Ability to work under minimal guidance.<br />
• Passionate, autonomous in your approach but collaborative in execution<br />
• Ability to create buy-in from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross-functional environment<br />

<p>Core Competencies:<br />
- Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience.<br />
- Typically possesses 8 or more years experience as a systems analyst, including experience with the following: requirements gathering, estimation, structured process analysis, and/or system design.<br />
- Demonstrated experience implementing/supporting vendor software packages.<br />
- Demonstrated experience leading small to medium-sized projects.<br />
- Demonstrated experience assisting clients with Ad Hoc analysis and data requests using SQL and data mining tools.<br />
- Demonstrated knowledge of meter processes.<br />
- Demonstrated experience working with COTS vendors to identify, repair and install COTS application defects and patches.<br />
- Demonstrated experience serving as a business process subject matter expert, gain clients&#8217; trust and respect, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br />
- Demonstrated experience working with formal work request processing and formal compliance standards, such as SOX.<br />

<p>Comments:<br />
Additional testing may be required as part of the selection process for this position.Experience with DB2 SPUFI, ERWIN, Toad, Oracle, and MS SQL Server or similar tools.</p>
<p>Typical Responsibilities:<br />
The successful candidate will enhance and conduct the Customer Service Business Unit&#8217;s (CSBU) meter certification processes including testing new meters, software, hardware and business processes. He/she will partner with CSBU clients and provide subject matter expertise for the meter reading and field service business processes. Typical responsibilities for this position include: providing guidance and oversight to IT technical staff and COTS software vendors to solve business and technical matters; applying knowledge of the meter reading and field service businesses to translate client functional requirements into system requirements and conceptual design; working with clients to assess the impact of new business requirements on existing CSBU business processes and applications, and then recommending solutions, process alternatives, and training opportunities; supporting medium to large project teams and lead small-sized project teams; performing Ad Hoc analysis and supporting complex end-user developed models and tools; and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</p>
